DMAG undertook supply side and demand side research to develop a road map and series of actions to improve the remittances market in Ghana.
The research was commissioned by KPMG alongside the Ghanaian Ministry of Finance. The research was funded to better understand market dynamics, to develop effective tools to improve the operating environment for remittance service providers, and to encourage growth in and usage of formal remittances channels by the Ghanaian diaspora sending funds to their family and friends.
